USINE 106U is happy to convey you to the opening of the magnificient exhibition PISCICULTURE presenting the artwork of 29 visual artists: Mark Prent, Eric Braün, Mimi Traillette, Ectoplasm, Yves Milet-Desfougères, Daniel Erban, Scott Ferry, Sébastien Forest, Claude Bolduc, Winky, Martine Birobent, Away, Jean-Martin (Raven), Ron Simon, Toly, Virginie Cabana, Vivian St-Claire, Corpusse, Chany Pilote, Azoth, Marilyne Bissonnette, Ginette J. Bouchard, Andrew Johnson, Fredy Bouhier, Jean-Francois Labelle, José Bernard, Sade Slavey, Ponk and Delphine-Kim Theriault De Carufel. Hallucinogenic paintings, pop-art silkscreens, disquieting kinetic sculptures, erotic etchings, original drawings, trash plush toys, surrealist jewelry other fascinating curiosities will massively take over the space. The exhibition takes place at USINE 106U, 160 Roy E. from April 4th to April 30th 2012, and the opening will be held on Thursday April 5th from 5hPM to 11hPM. Opening hours are Saturday to Wednesday noon to 6hPM , Thursday & Friday from noon to 9hPM.

Corpusse will be presiding over a table at Expozine, Montreal’s festival of independent printed material, celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. Come by to get some Corpusse art and hang with the Grand Master. Corpusse will also be selling an exciting new item, the Corpusse Songbook…
Expozine takes place on Saturday, November 26 and Sunday, November 27 at Église Saint-Enfant Jésus, 5035 St-Dominique, Montreal, QC.
October is a busy month will several performances, screenings and art shows.
Corpusse is participating in an art show in Hamilton entitled Hammer City Records Art Crawl Night: Cellar Dwellers along with Fiona Smyth, Adam Invader and several other artists. The show is at Hammer City Records, 228 James Street North Basement @ Rear. Facebook event here.
On Saturday, October 29, Toronto’s Wavelength music series presents a screening of Corpusse: Surrender to the Passion with director Malcolm Fraser in attendance, followed by a performance by Corpusse, at Cinecycle, 129 Spadina Ave., 10 pm. The following night, Sunday October 30, Guelph’s Ed Video (40 Baker St.) hosts another performance and screening, along with an exhibition of Corpusse’s Skull Studio artwork, at 8 pm, $5/PWYC. Facebook event here.
And on Halloween itself, Corpusse comes to Montreal for an art show and special solo performance at Bistro Araucaria, 5607 Parc. More details soon.
Corpusse performs live in Toronto on Saturday, October 1 at The Devil’s Cellar (2872 Dundas Street West) with black metal bands Pagan Ritual and Goht. Doors 9pm, $10, all ages.
